Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia
I m 25years old living in Virginia. I came to USA in 2006 when I was 17 through immigration from my step dad who never adopted me. My biological mother just became US citizen in july 2013. I want to apply for form N600 certificate of citizen. Am I eligible for this form?

From what you describe it sounds as though you will need to file an application for naturalization on your own, using form N-400.
