Legal Question in Immigration Law in Virginia

hi , my name is sader , im iraqi and my husband an american,

i got my green card through the marriage , but now we r separated from june this year , but i have to apply to remove the condition from the green card , i found the form i-751 is the one to remove the condition , but my husband refused to help me with the form , and my daughter 18 months and im 32 weeks pregnant , can i file the form by myself ? does it needs spouse signature ?

when i went online on uscis it said it need to request a waiver , is that form ?

or what ? and i knew that i have to file before the green card expiration date in 90 days , and thats will be in 10 days from today

pls need your answer and thank you very much

Do NOT sign the form together if you are separated. Based on the information you provided it looks like you will need a waiver. Please see an immigration lawyer right away for a consultation. It is very important that you file the Form I-751 correctly.
