Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

Salaried employe's are pressured to work 45 hours a week but the pay checks clearly show 40 hours a week.

The company is also tring to engage GPS trackers on cell phones to monitor movements of employe's. The phones are owned by the company and are expected to be on the employe 24/7 because we are on call all the time. Is it legal for the company to track their employe's 24 hours a day?

Yep, although controversial, apparently such tracking devices as you've described are legally permissible as of now.
