Live in Virginia , i'm married, live rent free in mother in laws house, have issues with wife over children from my previous marriage. Issue coming to an impasse. Want to know, In virginia , can

she have me evicted from the residence. I have no ownership, just pay all utilities, household expenses, insurance , food etc for the home.

If by "she" you mean your mother-in-law, the answer is, yes, as the owner of this property and assuming

you have no oral lease or rental agreement with the understanding that the expenses you've referenced

are to serve as your rental amount, she could undertake legal procedures at the local general district

court to have you evicted from this property.
