Restaurant situation concerning my children and a bone in chicken nuggets and a sizeable bone that they could have choked on

"Could'ves", i.e., those things that could've or might have happened in a particular situation (but did not) rarely make any significant difference in a case being litigated.

Therefore, if such was the situation with these chicken nuggets, i.e., your

children suffered no injury or damage from this bone, you would have no viable

claim against the restaurant in a court of law(in my opinion).
