Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

failure to disclose information

I signed a contract to purchase a condominum. Prior to signing the contract I was not informed that the seller was having problem with construction workers. This information was disclosed to me several days after the contract siging. Did the seller breach the contract by not disclosing that information prior to signing the contract? Did the agent breach the agency agreement by not disclosing the information about the problem with the construction workers prior to signing the contract?

Re: failure to disclose information

You have left out an important piece of information, that being the specifics of what the construction workers were disgruntled about. That information is crucial in questions of fraud, and without it it would be impossible for me to opine about your inquiry.
