I live on a farm the owner after 14 years mailed me a notice of trespass. I have a paper that the owner signed that states I live hear is the notice legal

It may or may not be. It depends on the terms of the document, whether you gave consideration for it, and possibly on whether the new owner was on notice of your rights when s/he acquired the property. If you entered the property with permission, you are not guilty of trespass, but the owner may have the right to rescind your rights and require you to leave. You should consult a lawyer and go over all of the specific facts to determine what rights you may or may not have.
