Hi. I have a question regarding expungement of a misdemeanor for reckless speeding. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible. But not if you were found guilty of reckless driving by speed. If the charge was amended to something else (such as an infraction), then chances are good you can expunge the original reckless criminal charge. You should talk to an attorney, because the case law that allows for this type of expungement I just mentioned is relatively new (2013). It was a case involving a possession of marijuana charge amended to reckless driving. The Fairfax Circuit Court said "no," and the Court of Appeals basically said "yes."
