Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
My name is Shawn Merriman Im In Virginia. I have gotten a Driving without a valid drivers lisence. But ther is more to it. everything in the state of Virginia is clear. About 15 years ago. Igot a DUI ticket in NC. They have been satisfide. But they used a Florida ID. now witch I didnt know because i didn't live in Floridia And havnt in over 20 years. Florida wants me to take a DUI class. But here it takes a court order. And Florida cant give me one. Because it didn't happen in Florida. What shoud i do?
