Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Need an agressive lawyer
Conserning my uncle estate...I have been haveing problems for 2yrs...What is going on is that one of the airs had power of atty..And continue to use this power ...After my uncle death ..I had to attain a lawyer to stop the selling of the propery and askes for a list of what asstets were in the estate...(which i never attained)...They also hired an atty...So both their lawyer and mine were appointed exectors of the estate...In which their lawyer appears to have been hired by them to do nothing and hold up everything for the last 1 1/2yrs...So that nothing would get done...My lawyer is moving to another state...I truely need some help with this situation...I need a lawyer that is aggressive one who sees what is happening and willing to step in and get the job done...If there is a lawyer in the area that can help me with this problem...Right now all that the estate needs is and exector ...Right now there is nothing being done ....For some odd reason unknowing to me...It appears that their hired a lawyer to stop the exector from doing their job...This appears to be a cover up of all the wrong that they have done to my uncle estate befor i found out they were doing wrong...The courts are well aware that there is assets are in the es

You haven't clarified where all the legal wrangling is going on; apparently, Virginia I would assume.

If so, the Virginia county or city should also be clarified if you're interested in securing local counsel to assist you with this matter.
