Re: Inheritance

The answers under VA law will depend on development of the facts and circumstances. Generally, the contents of the house means all tangible personal property. There are certain time periods that are applicable for administration of a regular estate or a small estate (estates of $10,000 or less in value). An experienced estate planning/administration attorney should be able to handle this under VA law. Please note that my legal services are available only with a signed engagement agreement. If I can be of any help to you or people you know, give me a call as I would be pleased to provide legal support.
