petition for inheritance
I would like to know what the procedures are in order to process the proper forms for property inheritance rights in the state of virginia??? And specificly what are the neccessary forms???

If you're talking about legally establishing your claim to property which a relative may have left to you who died without a will (intestate), you must complete and file with the clerk's office of the circuit court(land records)in the jurisdiction
where the property is located a document known as an Affidavit of Heir(s) or Affidavit of Heirship
in order to establish your legal claim to the property.
