Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
my step mom left my half sister and myself some land,my question is this:we(my half sister and I)want to put the land all in my name and then draw something up giving her living rights on the land(she lives there currently)to put it in a nut shell she cant have anything in her name because she receives benefits.is this possible and does this take a long time to finalize?thanks
