Validity of Will

Is a will executed in Florida still valid

now that we live in Virginia

It will almost certainly be valid. There is such uniformity among the states in what constitutes a valid will that it is unlikely that the will would not be valid.

Having said that, I suggest you have a Virginia attorney review the will to be sure there are no conflicts with your intentions and Virginia law.
