In Virginia, if I am named in a will, do I have a right to have a copy of that will?

Virginia Code Sec. 64.2-508 requires that persons receiving the required notice from an executor (heirs and those mentioned in the will) are entitled, upon written request, to copies of wills, inventories, accounts and reports.
