Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

after both parents passed away my oldest sister was the excestor of the state the next year 1998 she got 4/5 checks that rounded up about $500,000 thousand dollors and she was to split it 7 ways but only split it 2 ways, what can i do about this
