sir my father transfer the property through registered sale deed and he is illetral person he cannot write or read but other party take his sign on stamp that he recieve payment but we never recieve any payment and never gave them the possession of property but my father live outside the country so civil court and session court and high court dismissed our case so what we do ?

I am sorry, and I do not mean to come across as insensitive, but I don't understand what you are asking for. If I may, I suggest that you contact an attorney in the county where the land in question is located and consult with them in person. You may need to pay for an hour long consultation, but it will be worth it to know exactly what you are facing.

Additionally, you did not say when your case was dismissed, nor from what court, so you should seek the consultation I mention above as soon as possible given that there are deadlines to appeal.
