Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Washington

I have a debt that is with a collection agency, they recently took me to court for a judgment and basically the judge explained I have 10 years to repay the debt, the collection agency is not willing to accept the payment plan i can afford once again and is giving me the threat of garnishing my wages, my question is if i pay what I can afford monthly, even if it is not what they agree too, can they still garnish my wages?
