Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Washington

I was sued for a credit card debt. Default Judgment was ordered against me. However, I motioned to dismiss the case and also filed a Notice of Appearance BEFORE the Plaintiff Motioned for Judgment. Therefore I was not properly notified of Plaintiff's Motion for Judgment. The Judge entered an order to Vacate Judgment August 3rd, 2010. Then a few days ago, I receive in the mail from the Plaintiff 2 documents. Request for Production of Documents AND Plaintiff's Interrogatories to defendant for the SAME CASE THAT ORDER TO VACATE JUDGMENT WAS ISSUED. Is there something underlying here I am missing or is the Plaintiff just not paying attention. And I can ignore these documents.

Regardless of the fact that I also filed for Bankruptcy August 27th. This stops all attempts to collect, including open and active court cases correct?
