concealed pistol license with 20year old assault 2 when a juvenile

i was attempting to apply for a concealed pistol license when I received a revocation notice based on a assault 2nd degree guilty plea on 11/21/90 king county juvenile. I was 13yrs old and am now 32 with no further convictions of any kind since (2 speeding tickets) what can I do to be able eather get this expunged from my record or at least be able to be approved for the concealed pistol license

You will need to petition for restoration of the right to possess firearms.

Sealing is an option, although sealing is not permanent and not the wisest way to handle the issue for several reasons.

From what you have written, it appears you are eligible for both forms of relief.

If you decide to have an attorney assist you, make sure the attorney has experience dealing with firearm rights . . . and CWP & NICS denials.

The process for sealing juvenile records is part one of the process. You are likely a good candidate, given you lack of any further criminal history. Part two would be requesting a restoration of your firearm rights.
