If one is arrested for dui are fingerprints taken?

No, fingerprints are taken unless the arrestee has an active arrest warrant. I have noticed, however, that some officers here in Whatcom County have started taking photos of arrestees in their police cars after a DUI arrest. But to answer your question, usually it�s �no.�
