21 years after the birth is too late to challenge paternity and back child support. He has no avenue to challenge either. He needed to challenge them during the divorce at the very latest. If he files an action to eliminate past due support or challenging paternity, hire an attorney. You should be able to get a judgment for your attorney fees.
