Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

My best friend maybe in the process of being deported. She was being held in a womens prison here in washington. It was my understanding that she would be transfered to some kind of INS holding facility, I dont know if thats different than county jail. My last letter was rejected saying she was no longer there. Ive since searched alot of jail rosters and prison registers, I cant find her anywhere and I dont know where else to search. I dont know if thats considered a legal question but Im seriously desperate for help or maybe a push in the right direction... Im not sure if there was any kind of possible release without deportation.

You should be able to find out if she is in INS detention by calling Immigrations Customs Enforcement at 1-253-779-6000. You will need her full name and DOB. Preferrably her A number if you know it.
