Legal Question in Workers Comp in Washington

Back Injury

I was injuried over a year ago, I have surgery on my back, and my L&I claims manager had me go to an IME(Independant Medicial Exam)in aug, of this year. Since this examination took place they (L&I) have cut of my benefits, the Dr.'s(my dr. and L&I dr's) have stated that it is too soon to close my claim.I have also filed a reconsidration with the Dept. Of Labor and Industries.

How and when can i get my payments back, because I have not worked in over a year, because of my injury.

I have also lost my child and about to lose my home because of not having an income into my home.

Please help me?????????????
