Time structure for removing mobile home after surrendering it in bankruptcy?

I surrendered a mobile home back to the creaitor after filing Chapter 7, Now it has been over 60 days and they have made no effert to remove it from my property, this has affected my ability to reestablish a home for my family, what can I do.

There isn't really much you can do. If you still own the property under the trailer, you might try giving notice to the creditor that you intend to begin charging rent if they don't remove the trailer within 30 days.

Work out a deal with the creditor to buy the home back. Pay only pennies on the dollar of what you owed. They obviously have no intention of picking it up. Either that or just move back in.
