Buying A CAr that a been Wrecked

My question is....is there anything i can do about a car lot selling me a car that has been wrecked and had affected the driving ability of the car without me knowing the car had been wrecked....i have had nothing but problems with this car since i purchased it and have only had the car for about 2 months....the car was bought without a warranty

The issue as to the liability of the car lot likely reduces to whether the seller actually defrauded you during the transaction by making any material misrepresentations in regard to the car's condition and in particular any such misrepresentations with respect to any previous accidents in which the car may have been involved.

Absent such overt misrepresentations, I would say you're likely without a remedy since you purchased the vehicle AS IS. (Apparently, you also purchased the vehicle without a Carfax report which probably would've disclosed its status as a prior wreck.)
