Legal Question in Consumer Law in West Virginia

Do I have a right to sue?

I took my pick up truck to a local garage for some airconditioning work. When I got the truck back more things where wrong with it then than when i first took it there. After about 3 days my a/c quit working altogether. They told me that it was my a/c switch so I bought a new one. It was $160. It turned out it wasnt the problem at all because it was doing the same thing. I took it back and them to fix there screw up on it and i wanted $160 off them for the switch I bought. They refused to fix it and it is still under warrenty and the refused to pay for the switch they said I needed but really didn't. I was wondering if i had a legal issue or if I have to eat the $720 i spent. thank you

Take them to small claims if you can't get the dealer to honor the warranty. ALso, go to the District Consumer 800 # for the brand of truck it is.
