Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Incorrect Derogatory Information in Case File re: Probation
I had transferred to Arizona while on probation in Wisconsin. The transfer was accepted. I reported in AZ, with no infractions. Always did what I was supposed to do. When I ultimately left AZ, to relocate back in Wisconsin, P.O. entered a case closure notice stating that I absconded. I di not abscond, and had full authority and travel permit. How do I get this info off of my record?
