How much time would an invividual get for 1st offence: party to a crime of armed robbery of a gas station. and while out on bail, did jump bail by having a grilfriend OD on herion? Bail is now $1,100.00. This person is looking at 10 yrs in prison and 5 yrs probation. The one that did do the robbery is looking at only 5 yrs in prison.
