life estate trusts
we are considering a nursing home for my mom and wonder what action we should take so as not to loose her house when her $ runs out-should we put her house into a trust?

EAch state has differing laws peratining to Medical Assistance. Tis needs to be posted to Wisconson. typically a trust would crate a five (5) year look back
