ticket scalping
I bought some tickets to a concert. I am no longer going to use the tickets, can I sell them for the amount I paid for them through ticket master at the venue? I tried listing them in the paper and wasn't able to sell them. So can I just stand outside the box office at the venue the night of the concert?

In many jurisdictions, this is illegal, however silly this may seem. Again, in a number of jurisdictions, I have read that the police generally do not enforce the laws against people in your situation, particularly if the game is not a play-off or other special event, but concerts can be trickier. A call to the forum box office may help you get more specific information. Best wishes,
