Legal Question in Employment Law in Wisconsin

Recruitment and Liability for medical personell placements

We are a Executive & Professional search firm - who is being comissioned to provide recruitment services for Physical Therapistis & Speech Therapists. Our liability insurance doesn't cover placement of ''hands on'' medical personell. We are in Ohio and the client is in Wisconsin - is there an ideminity form (covering us regardless of geographic location) we can utilize that provides protection from an future law suit? Client actually makes hiring decisions.

There is no "magic" form that will keep you from being sued. However, you can (with approval of your client) create an addendum to your contract that includes an indemnity clause providing that your client is responsible for all hiring decisions and agrees to provide indemnification for any suits arising out of their hiring a person you have referred.
