having family move in for two months
can tenants just move family in to there apartment for two months this apartment is a two bedroom which had three people already living there making 7 people in a two bedroom apartment. causing my bills to go up and we keep asking them to leave but they do what they want what kind of action can
i take to make them pay for the extra added expence of my bills. not to mention that my neightbors have already had to call the police on there children because the were not watching them and they did some damge to his property can people just get away with this without having to pay me back . garbage bill electric bill water this is whole nother faimly? Please advice me how to handle this situation? thank you i have in my lease that famliy may stay no longer than to weeks without written consent ?
your responsible for your guest when they are there things like that please help?
