Woman married 4 months, husband dies. 45,000 in bills show up that she had no knowledge of, made by hubby before marriage. 900 in estate. Liability of woman? Some bills are IRS

By "900" I suppose you mean dollars, not thousand.
She denies responsibility and hires an attorney if creditors try to press the issue. The loans/debts would not be in her name, and not incurred in the scope of the marital community.
