Legal Question in Business Law in Wyoming

Hello. I started a LLC from abroad as a non citizen. I sell digital services,. Can a non-citizen run the same LLC within the USA? For example coming over on a tourist visa or ESTA, can the non citizen who owns a LLC be present in the USA and conduct business? Also, what if this non citizen is waiting on a Green Card and is not legally entitled to be employed yet? Can this LLC propose work as contractor in the meanitime? (To US or non US companies) Thanks !

To be clear, this is really an immigration question.

While a non-resident can own the LLC, this does not mean that they are legally able to work in the US even if that is for the same LLC. Now if you come on a tourist visa for a short period and do some work for the entity while you are here, it is very unlikely anyone would ever even know about that. But if you are seeking legal residency you might not want to risk it. I'm not sure what you mean by "can the LLC propose work as a contractor?" I mean, sure, but only those who have proper visas should be providing services in the US jurisdiction.

You can't work or do business in the US if you're in the country on a tourist visa.

Good luck.
