Mary Bergmann handles civil litigation for both plaintiff and defendant in all 5 boroughs of New York City and Nassau and Suffolk counties. She also handles appeals (civil matters only) primarily in the Appellate Division First & Second Departments and New York State Court of Appeals. She is admitted to practice in both the New York State Courts and the Federal Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
