Brad Culverhouse has been an aide to a Chief Justice of the Fkorida Supreme Court and has served as an Assistant State (prosecuting)Attorney and for over 33 years, has been a trial lawyer and has represented and helped thousands of clients in defending foreclosure cases and in modifying home and commercial mortgages and in helping homeowners, farmers and business men and women in financial distress in saving their homes and businesses in Chapters 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy cases and has represented consumers in getting a fresh start by discharging their debts in Chapter 7 liquidation cases and by counseling with clients as to lawful ways of protecting their assests and businesses.
