Jill Pugh

D. Jill Pugh has practiced in employment law since 1994, and is a sole practitioner in Seattle. She represents individuals as well as businesses, handling traditional employment disputes as well as drafting employment agreements, employee handbooks and policies, negotiating and drafting severance agreements, non competition agreements and non solicitation agreements. She is the 2006-2007 Co-Chair of the Employment section of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, has served several terms on the Board for the Washington Employment Lawyers Association, and speaks regularly at seminars on employment law topics.
