As an In House Legal Counsel, the achievements that already achieves are:  Completed both Companies� Debt Restructuring amount to USD 500 million including debt to equity conversion, operative documents and security documents. Work closely with restructuring team (local and overseas lawyers, local and overseas lenders) including negotiation, drafting, review, execute and implementation of the agreements � Completed Good Corporate Governance (�GCG�) assessment with Ernst & Young. Responsible for the GCG implementation area. � Responsible for both Companies� corporate action area i.e. refinancing, business contract (purchasing and procurement contract, marketing contract, shipping contract, etc.), setting and managing trust fund company and special purpose vehicle company (SPV), new investments, preparation in IPO, bond issue, General Meeting of Shareholders. � Responsible for both Companies� litigation area i.e. local and international arbitration (preparation, correspondences, hearings, negotiations with worldwide lawyers) and local court cases. � Responsible for both Companies� licenses; � Responsible for both Companies� logo and trademark registration worldwide; � Responsible for both Companies� Corporate Secretary administration area.
