Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. has unique experience representing those involved in the delivery of emergency medical services in the State of New York and is privileged to have represented Regional Emergency Medical Services Councils as well as most of the professional and many of the volunteer emergency medical provider services, including the largest volunteer in the State of New York. Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. takes pride in its successes in the administrative process as well as litigating critical issues both before administrative forums and in the courts.

On a recent challenge to the constitutionality of a New York State statute, on the grounds that it violated the separation of church and state, Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. prevailed all the way up to the US Supreme Court.
