It started off some 30 years ago focusing on the representation of management in Labor Relations and Employment Law, however, over the years there was a transition in Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C.�s practice. While Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. is still involved in Employment Law litigation, its practice now focuses on Constitutional Law, Civil Rights Law, Administrative Law and Commercial Litigation, especially in the federal courts. Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. often finds its adversaries to be the largest and pre-eminent firms in the country and Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. has time and again proven itself to be more than up to the challenge. Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. has unique experience representing those involved in the delivery of emergency medical services in the State of New York and is privileged to have represented Regional Emergency Medical Services Councils as well as most of the professional and many of the volunteer emergency medical provider services, including the largest volunteer in the State of New York. Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. takes pride in its successes in the administrative process as well as litigating critical issues both before administrative forums and in the courts. Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. is further privileged to practice in the field that can best be described as �Religious Law� being privileged to represent various religious denominations, e.g. the Congregational Church, The Christian Coalition, a Diocese of the Roman Catholic Church and synagogues. On a recent challenge to the constitutionality of a New York State statute, on the grounds that it violated the separation of church and state, Dinerstein & Lesser, P.C. prevailed all the way up to the US Supreme Court.
