Paula McGill
Attorney at Law
Attorneys in Firm – 1Ms. McGill has a multi-jurisdictional practice in Georgia, Maryland, Washington, DC, and New York.
Paula J. McGill and The McGill Law Firm, LLC have multiple locations in the Atlanta Metro Area. In addition, Ms. McGill accepts family law and business cases in Savannah and Augusta.
A significant number of Georgia residents are transplants from New York, DC, and Maryland. Oftentimes, Ms. McGill's multi-jurisdictional practice is invaluable when a new transplant still has unfinished business or family law matters in her practice states.
Furthermore, Ms. McGill's broad legal experience at large and national law firms has translated well in her current practice. More importantly, she provide quality legal service that can fit most budgets. This is important for individuals and small and medium sized businesses who are on tight budgets. However, those on tight budgets have to realize that if they can only afford a compact car, they may not get luxury car options or results.
Cases are no longer taken 100% contingency. Clients have to prepay expenses and pay a significant attorney retainer. In most cases, clients tend to view their cases with clearer lenses when they have significant money in the matter and may have to spend more money to continue the matter to trial.
I will agree to payment plans for those with steady employment and a good credit report for the last 12 months. Otherwise, a guarantor with the above criteria must be responsible for paying for the retainer, payments, and fees.
The Paypal payment method is new (effective September 1, 2013). It gives clients more options. It also avoids the large credit card fees that are passed on to clients.
