David Ruzumna

Following his graduation from Seattle University School of Law in 1997, David began practicing as an associate attorney in a four-attorney real estate litigation oriented law firm in Seattle. David founded the Law Office of David Ruzumna, P.S., in June 1999, where he was a sole practioner until February 2002, when he became Managing Partner of a newly created Litigation section of an existing law firm. In June 2003, David opened his current law practice, and has one associate and two paralegals. David focuses his practice on commercial and consumer litigation, with a focus on real estate litigation and transactional matters, including commercial leasing issues, commercial and residential landlord-tenant transactions and disputes, property line disputes, adverse possession and title issues. David has practiced in Municipal, District and Superior Courts in King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Kitsap Counties, as well as in Mason, Kittitas, Clark, Lewis, Skagit and Whatcom Counties. David is admitted to practice law in Washington, as well as in the Western and Eastern Districts of the United States District Court, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He received his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from Seattle University School of Law in 1997, prior to which he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) from Humboldt State University in California. David is a member of the King County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, Washington Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
