Already, the Firm represents both general contractors, as well as most of the subcontracting trades and suppliers providing assistance in negotiating construction agreements and resolving payment problems or other disputes. Kelly M. Davis has grown up around the construction industry and applies this experience in handling cases involving non-payment, design defects, changes, delays, bid mistakes and protests, foundation cases, breach of contract claims, Residential Construction Liability Act claims, and mediation.
