William Brownstein

William H. Brownstein,Esq. William H. Brownstein and Associates, Professional Corporation. Mr. Brownstein is the President and shareholder of the firm. He obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, School of Law in 1979. He was senior counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of U.S. Trustee from 1979-1983 when he went into private practice. He is a certified specialist in bankruptcy law, by the State Bar of California.
