Richard Culler

Culler Law Firm, P.A. is a family law firm that was made up of a husband and wife tandem who practiced law together. Ms. Culler was appointed to the District Court bench in Mecklenburg County in 2008. She left the Firm upon taking office. Richard Culler has substantial trial experience in Federal/State/Military Criminal Law and Personal Injury. He is qualified to handle Federal and State Capital Murder cases as well as all other serious felonies and misdemeanors. His practice includes all courts in North Carolina; including the WDNC, MDNC and the EDNC. He is also qualified to practice before the South Carolina District Court; Columbia Division.
