My hourly rate of $330 is billed by the minute. This is different than most attorneys who bill in six minute increments, or tenths of an hour. I find this more fair and accurate since much of what lawyers do these days are e-mails that often take 1-3 minutes. Multiply that by 100 e-mails over the course of a given case, and that really starts to add up. I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation. At the end of the consultation, my goal is to provide you enough information to make an informed decision about how to proceed in your case, including cost and time considerations that you need to take into account before deciding how to proceed.
