Andrew Greenwald

As one of the founding members of Joseph, Greenwald, and Laake,P.A., Mr. Greenwald conducts and oversees litigation of medical malpractice, product liability, personal injury and other civil litigation matters. He has argued before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, Maryland Court of Appeals, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Greenwald is also a national public speaker-frequently appearing before legal audiences at the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and other bar associations-where he has given over 100 lectures and seminars on various legal topics. He has also lectured to medical and dental groups. He has contributed to national legal publications and instructional legal tape seminars.
