Welcome The office of Bari J. Schulman is located in Cortlandt Manor, New York, and practices law in Westchester and Putnam counties. Bari J. Schulman represents clients as purchasers or sellers of residential real estate, including cooperative, condominiums, and PUD's. She prepares, reviews and negotiates contracts of sale, reviews title searches, resolves any outstanding title issues including certificates of occupancy, and violations, prepares all sales documents when required, attends and completes the closing.
