ATTORNEY BACKGROUND Blair, a South Jersey Lawyer, was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1963. Except for college and law school, Blair has resided and worked in New Jersey all his life. He attended the University of Alabama, (Roll Tide), where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business in 1986 with a focus on marketing and finance. Blair received his Juris Doctor, (law degree), from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, DE in 1989. BAR ADMISSIONS: Blair was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1989 and the State of New Jersey in 1990. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States Federal District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, Blair is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, located in the Nation?s Capital, Washington, DC. NETWORKING: Blair has been heavily involved with bar association activities since 1989 on a local, state and national level. He has been a member of and served in different capacities with the Camden County Bar Association, The New Jersey State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Blair has served as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees to the New Jersey State Bar Association from 1997 - 1999; Blair was also the Chairman of the YLD, the largest division of the New Jersey State Bar Association and served as a Delegate, (traveling around the country), to the American Bar Association.
