Catarina Benitez

Ms. Benitez is a fierce advocate for families and businesses. She is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Fresno County Bar Association, and Fresno County Women Lawyers Association. She also devotes extensive volunteer time to Children's Hospital Central California through her guild, La Visionaria. Ms. Benitez is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Courts for every district of California. Before entering the legal field, Ms. Benitez worked in the educational field working with students throughout the Central Valley, in the political sector, and in the field of public relations assisting business both large and small achieve success. Upon admission to the California Bar, Ms. Benitez represented the banking industry before finding her "true calling" of providing representation to individuals with their family and financial needs.
